Our culinary team has curated a menu with more than 20 seafood dishes from which to choose. Feast on the freshest seafood catch featuring freshly shucked oysters, black mussels and half-shell scallops. The buffet also includes a carving station with roasted beef striploin, baked salmon and crispy duck; mains like “Bi Feng Tang” (Typhoon Shelter) Fried Crab and Si Chuan Spicy Mala Fish Stew; and an Indian buffet spread offering Flower Crab Masala and our Signature Butter Chicken, to name a few.
As part of the Resort’s commitment to support local producers, at least 15% of the ingredients from the buffet are sourced in Singapore.
