Our culinary team has curated a menu with more than 20 seafood dishes from which to choose. Feast on the freshest seafood catch featuring fresh oysters, black mussels and half-shell scallops. The buffet also features four live stations including baked whole tandoori salmon and BBQ squid and prawns. Dive into perennial favourites such as chilli crab with mantou, wok-fried lala clams with curry leaves and steamed fish fillet with hot bean sauce.
As part of the Resort’s commitment to support local producers, at least 15 percent of the ingredients from the buffet are sourced in Singapore.
