Born in Los Angeles, California; Chef Jeremy had a colourful past filled with gastronomic experiences. With a cooking style that is distinctively Mexican with heavy Italian influences, Chef Jeremy adores using fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and even grows his own herbs. His happiness stems from a singular objective – happy guests. Despite the tumultuous journey of ups and downs, guests that are genuinely happy with the experience makes all that hard work worthwhile.
