“We both held our solemnisation & wedding banquet and the overall experience was nothing but super pleasant. We would like to thank the team Veronica (our overall coordinator), Thomas & Jason (banquet PIC), Shawn (AV) and Mao (Chef) for making it possible.

In times of Covid wedding planning Veronica has been really sweet and accommodating even though it is as challenging for her as it is for us couples. Even with the last minute changes – she was patient, understanding and made sure to keep it updated consistently. Thomas was very attentive and took good care of us. He made sure our attires were neat and presentable, provided water for us and is always very prompt in his service. The banquet floor was also very well taken care of, we barely had to get involved. Big thanks to Shawn for the AV. Although we were not there to see it, but we heard there were some AV difficulties met and he managed to resolved it such that the videos and music were running smoothly by the time the event ended. Special thanks to Mao, all the guests were really well fed and even the solo vegetarian course was very well done. Kudos to the culinary team!

Overall, we are very pleased and happy that we decided on Sofitel Sentosa as our venue to celebrate our important milestone in life. They have made it a very memorable one and it wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing team. Stay safe and all the best to the team! We hope to see you guys around again someday.”
