Be transported to Southern Italy with Chef Paolo Benedet’s June special – Estate Amalfitana. Available for lunch and dinner, the four-course set menu focuses on the ocean’s freshest catch.
Start with Fritto Di Paranza, a selection of mixed crispy fried seafood with spicy, lemon and garlic sauce; named after the paranza (Italian for “boat”), this is a traditional dish of Southern Italian cuisine. Follow with the Spaghettoni with Sea Urchin, Spicy Chilli and Garlic tossed in Olive Oil, Grated Bottarga and Savoury Bread Crumbs; and the Baked Halibut Fillet with Crunchy Zucchini and Sweet Capsicum Purée. To end the meal on a sweet note, indulge in a Lemon Tart topped with Lemon Gelato and Limoncello Liqueur.
