International Women’s Day 2024

To commemorate International Women’s Day in support of United Women Singapore (UWS) – a local non-profit organisation that advances women’s empowerment and gender equality – $5 nett was donated to UWS for every adult-priced Purple Afternoon Tea sold to amplify the organisation’s outreach and message.

World Water Day 2024

Marking the occasion was the Sapphire Coast Cocktail, concocted by LeBar’s Head Mixologist Daniel Anthony. This vibrant libation, crafted with Japanese Cucumber Liqueur, lychees, blueberries, Blue Curaçao, prosecco and a hint of rosemary, not only delighted the palate with its exquisite blend but also symbolised the essence of the global water crisis. Its striking blue hue visually represented the purity of water, making it a perfect toast to the importance of freshwater preservation on this significant occasion.

Earth Hour 2024

Additionally, as part of the Resort’s continued commitment to sustainability and protection of the environment, a series of engagement with guests included the dimming of lights in all our dining outlets, encouraging the switching off of guestroom lighting, the creation of a specialty cocktail, a Kids’ Earth Hour activity sheet, and “La Lumière” dining centre pieces created using upcycled wine bottles and fairy lights.
