Welcome the weekend with a buffet spread featuring more than 20 seafood dishes. Feast on fresh seafood on ice along with items from our live and carving stations, Asian and Western delights, and a variety of desserts ending the meal on a sweet note.
In celebration of Festa della Repubblica (Italian National Day), our culinary team has curated a selection of Italian dishes such as Sour Italian Tomato Soup, Italian Ratatouille, Black Squid Ink Tagliolini with Tiger Prawn in Anchovy Cream Sauce, and Meatball Stew in Tomato Sauce with Potato Gnocchi. For desserts, the variety includes Zabaglione with Strawberries, Classic Tiramisu and a gelato station. Buon appetito!
