July Special: Louis Jadot Wine Dinner
Where Italian fare meets French flair
For one evening only, on Thursday, 31 July 2025, delight in a five-course Italian menu created by award-winning Chef Bjoern Alexander, paired with a selection of Louis Jadot wines. Known for quality since 1859, Louis Jadot wines celebrate Burgundy’s diversity, reflecting the all-important natural differences of soil, aspect and climate; and are aged in French oak barrels.
Begin with Cantalope Carpaccio and Buffalo Burrata, followed by Campanelle Pasta and New Zealand Lamb Loin; lastly, Baked Apple Roll completes the decadent meal.
Diners are invited to join Mr. Elie Peres (see below for bio) of Maison Louis Jadot as he shares his expertise about the wines.

Bio: Elie Peres, Asia Pacific Area Manager, Maison Louis Jadot
Born in 1982 in Bordeaux, France, Elie first shaped his passion for wines during his student years when he worked as a tour guide, whose mission was to promote the wines of Bordeaux through winery visits, masterclasses and culinary experiences. He gained early experience in the wine industry working for different companies in Bordeaux. After his International Business Management Degree’s graduation from the IPC Wines & Spirits in Bordeaux, he moved to Hong Kong where he worked as an On Trade Sales Manager for a leading Wine & Spirits distributor in Greater China, ASC Fine Wines. Afterwards, he worked for the Group Thiénot Bordeaux Champagnes as Export Manager Greater China. Recently, Elie joined the Maison Louis Jadot as Asia Pacific Area Manager. In his role, he runs the development of Maison Louis Jadot, Chateau des Jacques, Domaine Ferret and Résonance and ensures stronger commercial relationships between the Maison and its partners.
