Immerse yourself in the adrenaline-pumping atmosphere of high-speed racing during Singapore’s race season. Our Sunday Brunch features flavours inspired by selected race destinations — think Roast Wagyu Prime Ribs with Yorkshire Pudding, Singapore Laksa, French Mussels in White Wine, Spain’s Potato Bravas and Japan’s Teriyaki Salmon. On top of that, there’s also fresh seafood on ice, appetisers, cold cuts, a live station, and Asian and Western delights. For a sweet treat, enjoy French Apple Tart with Vanilla Pod Sauce, Cream Caramel Pudding, Assorted Mochi, and more.
For an afternoon of fun, guests also enjoy complimentary pool access from 3pm to 7pm, and 20% off beverages at the poolside bar.
