It’s that time of the year again – the exquisite white asparagus is back in season! the Cliff presents a decadent selection of this prized seasonal delicacy with a special curated 3-course and 4-course lunch and dinner menu, available for a limited period.

 

The spring/summer menu features creative and sumptuous dishes such as Hokkaido scallop with white asparagus, green apple and sea urchin sabayon, Tagliolini with white asparagus and black truffle and white chocolate with asparagus gelato – all bound to refresh and tantalise your palates.
