Tis’ the season for an exclusively curated menu featuring the freshest and most premium ingredients. Begin with a delicate array of appetisers from Brie on a toasted brioche with black winter truffle to air-flown Hokkaido Uni on toasted sourdough. Savour Le Caviar Surprise , featuring the sweet Alaskan King crab with cauliflower and lobster jelly topped with a hefty amount of eight gems caviar. Dig into the Le Filet De Boeuf Wellington, a sumptuous tenderloin with Pomme de Terre Souffle. End off with a sweet treat, as the old adage goes – Chestnuts roasting on an open fire – heavenly Les Chataignes, Roasted Chestnuts with Cacao Emulsion and Cremaux of tangy Chocolate.
Wash it all down with free-flowing Taittinger Blanc de Blancs “Comtes de Champagne”, France. An absolutely stunning night of indulgence to tantalise the taste buds and leave one wanting more.
