Thai-themed SeafoodFest Weekend Buffet

Our culinary team has curated a menu of over 20 seafood dishes (including fresh oysters, Boston lobsters, half-shell scallops and chilled tiger prawns), alongside a delectable selection of Thai dishes (like Spicy Seafood Salad with Celery and Chilli Lime Dressing, Thai Coconut Whole Salmon Green Curry, Red Curry Duck with Lychee and Pineapple, Minced Pork with Thai Basil and more). Also enjoy Japanese and Indian delights as well as a BBQ station featuring Grilled Tiger Prawns and Thai Fish Otak (available only on 20 and 21 September). For desserts, indulge in Pandan Coconut Cake, Coconut Fresh Cream Cake, Chestnut Tako Cake and Talam Jagung (Thai Steamed Sweet Corn Coconut Layer Cake).
