This September, savour the flavours from the Land of Smiles with our Sofitel Sentosa Sunday Brunch.

Indulge in a delectable selection featuring Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), Thai Coconut Whole Salmon Green Curry, Larb Moo (Northern Thai-Style Minced Pork Salad with Basil), Pla Kapong Neung Manao (Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Ginger and Lemongrass), Thai-Style Roasted Black Angus Beef Striploin and Black Pepper Crab, just to name a few.

In addition to these Thai dishes, there are also Asian and Western selections as well as fresh seafood including freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, tiger prawns, snow crabs and half-shell sea scallops. The Le Petit Prince & Princess Corner offers yummy treats for the children, and a variety of Thai Nonya kueh, gelato and a chocolate fountain will satisfy the sweet-toothed.

For an afternoon of poolside fun, guests enjoy complimentary access to Sofitel Pool from 3pm to 7pm.
