Be transported to Italy in autumn with a bounty of flavours and warmth. Chef de Cuisine Paolo Benedet’s Sinfonia d’Autunno (The Autumn Symphony) is a gastronomic experience like no other.

To enjoy the four-course set menu, start with an antipasto of Crab Salad, Apple, Mixed Greens, Basil Pesto. Then indulge in Gnocchi Pasta tossed in Castelmagno Cheese Fondue with Shaved Truffle, and Slow-braised Beef Cheek, Polenta, Green Asparagus, Natural Reduction Sauce, followed by a dessert of Traditional Chocolate Semifreddo.
