The Alba White Truffle have finally made its way to Singapore onto the menus of The Cliff. The intricate white veining and marbling throughout the white truffles produces a gastronomically unique flavor and aromatic pleasure.

With the season upon us, the musky and earthy aromas of the prized ingredients is only available for autumn.
