Earth Hour 2023

As part of Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa’s continued commitment to sustainability and protection of the environment, we will be participating in Earth Hour 2023. During this one hour, guests will be encouraged to turnoff their guestroom lights; while the lights in all dining outlets will be dimmed. Additionally, a special line up of activities has been planned to commemorate this significant hour with you on 25 March 2023 from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. 

The Eden Cocktail

Savour the refreshing limited edition gin-based cocktail, The Eden, crafted by our in-house mixologist, Anthony. Concocted with housemade basil-infused gin using basil grown on-site and pink shallot drops made from our culinary scraps, this is a sustainable cocktail for barflies to toast to Earth Hour.

Sofitel Candle Ritual

A special presentation of the signature Sofitel candle ritual will be performed from the resort lobby to LeBar as our way to mark Earth Hour. Reminiscent of the age old custom of lighting the streets of  Paris with candles since the reign of King Louis XIV, the presentation by our Sofitel Ambassadors further raises awareness of this noteworthy cause.

La Lumière

As a mark of our commitment, a special centerpieces created by our Sofitel  Ambassadors using upcycled wine bottles and fairy lights will be displayed at all dining outlets.

Kids’ Activity at Kwee Zeen

A special themed activity sheet will be distributed to all children as they dine, as a way to get the little ones to learn more about Earth Hour 2023.
