    Ever since he embarked on his culinary journey 13 years ago, Chef Mahesh has never looked back. Twice a finalist for the Global Gourmet Chef’s Competition, Chef Mahesh’s diverse skill set has led him to many luxury hotels including Fairmont, Marriott, Oberoi and Taj. Chef Mahesh is a firm advocate that ‘There’s strength in needing others, not weakness’. A strong believer of teamwork and positive attitude, he strives to support and push his team to greater culinary heights
  • Chef Jeremy Barragan
    Born in Los Angeles, California; Chef Jeremy had a colourful past filled with gastronomic experiences. With a cooking style that is distinctively Mexican with heavy Italian influences, Chef Jeremy adores using fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and even grows his own herbs. His happiness stems from a singular objective - happy guests. Despite the tumultuous journey of ups and downs, guests that are genuinely happy with the experience makes all that hard work worthwhile.
